As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with mid-level experience in steel and aluminum fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for fabrication, installation, and project execution, based on engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural and architectural steel & aluminum works.

Conduct material take-offs and quantity estimations.

Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and inputs.

Generate and submit competitive quotations and technical proposals.

Maintain a database of historical costs and vendor information.

Assist in project budgeting and tender clarifications.

Ensure compliance with client specifications, Qatari regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (steel and aluminum fabrication industry).

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and GCC industry standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
